About Westside Wellness
The team at Westside Wellness consists of Lucy and Renee, two qualified and passionate naturopaths. We joined forces with the intention of empowering the families of Melbourne’s inner west with the tools and strategies they need to improve their own health. Like all naturopaths, our goal is to treat the underlying cause of a health condition (rather than provide symptomatic relief).
Our difference is that we are focused on bringing realistic, practical and easy health care strategies into people’s homes and lives. Over a cup of tea or while you are cooking dinner, we visit your home to give you easy-to-implement, stress-free approaches to increasing your health and wellbeing.
As busy working mums, both Renee and Lucy understand the struggle mothers and parents encounter with putting their own health first. Through our own personal experiences this has become our passion as naturopaths: to help other mums put their health first and in turn leading to healthier families. This focus naturally extends beyond families, because in our hectic modern age, almost everyone finds it difficult to work on their own health.
Our mission is to support the families of Melbourne's inner west to be the healthiest they can be.
Parental health has an enormous impact on on the health of other family members - and as mothers we've seen this in action in our own families. That's why our focus is on supporting the health and wellbeing of mothers and parents in the inner west.
If you're the kind of person who loves natural health and healthy living, who is time poor but knows you need to make change then we are the health service for you.

Lucy has recently graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is registered with ANTA. Her passion is supporting families to be the healthiest they can be. Her biggest pleasure as a naturopath is identifying barriers to optimal health and working in collaboration with patients to formulate a treatment plan which is able to overcome these hurdles. As a parent of a child with food intolerances and eczema she understands how difficult it is to manage the health of a child alongside all the other competing demands of family life. That's why she is dedicated to finding small changes which can have the greatest impact for the health of the child and the family overall. Her special interests include paediatric gut health, infant and childhood eczema, and management of childhood food allergies/intolerances.
